Her mission is to prepare and equip aspiring teachers, re-takers and non-passers with the proper mindset, knowledge, test-taking skills, habits, and attitudes in order to succeed in the Licensure Examination which will eventually provide them with the AUTHENTIC PRC License leading to stable job security in private or public learning institutions either in the basic secondary or tertiary level of education.
For almost three decades in the teaching profession, she has observed that thousands of aspiring teachers applied and ventured to take the Professional License for Teachers, however, only less than 50% of them successfully passed this standard examination.
Looking at the Figure of both Secondary and Elementary March and September 2012 to March and September 2019; September 2021, March 2022 and June, 2022 LET Result majority of the passing rate is lesser than those who failed. What are the main reasons why such a result does not change? Who is responsible for it? Are the LET takers? The university they graduated? the family? the environment?
Why am I showing these figures to you? Well, I would like you to be aware of the real scenario in achieving the PRC License you aspired for. These figures simply provide you with background knowledge of how challenging the Licensure examination is.
Look, being a licensed professional teacher needs a lot of preparation, longer period of time of sacrifice, focus, and a disciplined attitude. The presentations are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of positive or negative results. Therefore, you as an aspiring teacher will be taking full responsibility and accountability for the actions if you wish to apply the ideas presented. The success rate is entirely dependent on you. Every action implemented matters, the concepts, techniques, strategies mentioned, innate knowledge, and various exceptional skills.
The Level Of Success
The level of success in attaining the results depends on the time, diligence, determination, and effort devoted to the preparation, independent self-review, and attendance at the review center. Because these factors differ from person to person, you have full responsibility for every decision you make along the way.
Just be reminded that all your sacrifices will be rewarded as long as you know the reasons why such an endeavor keeps you moving on even though a lot of challenges, temptations, and barriers are going your way. You have a Mission to fulfill and you have to finish the race you have started four years ago. Obtaining the PRC licensed card is a very satisfying feeling you could experience because you not only offered pure happiness to yourself but to your family, friends, relatives, and your Alma matter as well.
Passing LET counts a lot to those who possessed the RIGHT Attitude and Mindset; followed by diligence, determination, and perseverance. Passing LET will help you realize the professional stability and job security in your lifetime. Through the licensed PRC Card, your childhood dream will now be a reality. Your desire to be an instrument to touch lives and make a difference is just one step away.
Therefore, prepare for the LET the earliest possible time. Dream big…claim the top 10 slot, embrace the possibilities. There is nothing impossible for those who take action and implement properly the correct process and system. My deepest prayers for all of you are to be “ONE of US”, the moral builders, mentors/educators of the next generation of leaders for our beloved Philippines. Enjoy the journey towards AUTHENTIC PRC.
